The Gift of the Everyday . . .

It has been said that the problem with life is that it is so daily; it's eat meals, wash laundry, answer e-mails, etc. Life is daily and I find that I grow so used to its dailiness that I can have trouble stepping back and savoring its beauty.

This year I was challenged to find God's grace in every moment, to seek out the gifts that He has given in the daily. I'm no pro that's for sure. I'm blind to a lot of God's grace around me. I want to get better at seeing it, though. I think these picture are an excellent reminder to myself that life is perspective, we see what we are looking for. Last Saturday I was in a hay field and this is the beauty that I saw . . .
